The belt-type manual packaging machine is a machine and equipment used for packaging products, especially suitable for packaging casters. Its working principle is to transport the product from the manual placement position to the former through a belt conveyor system, and then automatically complete the process of counting, filling, sealing and cutting.
During operation, the operator places the casters placed on the pallet onto the belt in sequence according to the number of packages required. A belt then transports the caster to the former for filling.

3 , Operation process
GL-B860P,the product is placed manually, and the belt is conveyed to the former, the equipment can automatically count, fill, seal and cut.
1 . Manually place the casters on the tray into the belt according to the package quantity.
2 . The casters are conveyed by the belt to the former for filling.
3 . Open the safety door, will see that the sealing area of the equipment . Automaticlly filling , and then sealed and cut off by the horizontal sealing, finally packaging.
4 . The bag of the final product was beautiful and uniform, and the number was accurate.

1 .
